beHuman Advertising is a leading Performance Creative Agency working with some of the fastest growing, exciting brands in the UK. We are seeking A-Players to join our expanding team of high-performance creatives, with a mission to become the UK’s number one Performance Creative Agency.

Working as part of our Creative Team, you will bring your knowledge and experience to the role of video editor in our fast-paced commercial environment and will oversee the editing side of the production process. Taking footage from our videography team, you will create first-class content aligned to briefs written by our Creative Strategist and clients, adding depth and impact to campaigns to bring them to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing Editing Process: Creating visually engaging video content that aligns with our Client’s branding and messaging.

Final Production Assembly: Crafting and delivering final production advertisements in both Polished & User Generated Content (UGC) formats.

Expert Story-Telling: Utilise your talent and expertise to shape video story-telling, adding depth and impact to campaigns in collaboration with other Creative Team members.

Iterative Process: Working closely with other team members to deliver revisions and iterations to assets.

Collaborative Working: Proactively working as a member of our creative team to bring visual concepts to life and ensuring quality and timely delivery for clients.

Who is this for?

• 2+ years of editing experience, with social media editing experience preferred.
• An understanding of social media from a commercial perspective.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Performance creative experience preferred.
• Passionate, enthusiastic and personable.
• Self-motivated and the ability to take initiative under pressure.
• Experience working and communicating with other creatives.
• Highly organised individuals willing to push others to deliver.

Ideal Candidates will be able to:

• Align videos to clients’ expectations with creative – strong communication of the creative process and ongoing changes to the world of performance marketing.
• Have a deep passion for and understanding of video editing.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and in full for each client account.
• Manage project software tools to maintain internal and external communication.
• Be a part of and contribute to regular review cycles with other creative team members to strive for continuous improvement of deliveries and maintain excellent efficiency.

Salary: £26,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
