We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content for various platforms. Your role will involve collaborating with the creative team to bring ideas to life and deliver engaging video content.
Responsibilities:
– Edit raw footage into polished videos, ensuring smooth transitions, visual effects, and audio enhancements
– Utilize video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid to create compelling videos
– Incorporate graphics, animations, and special effects to enhance the overall visual appeal of the videos
– Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop concepts for video projects
– Manage and organize video assets, ensuring they are easily accessible for future use
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video editing techniques
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role
– Proficient in using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid
– Strong understanding of storytelling techniques and visual aesthetics
– Knowledge of content management systems and digital asset management tools
– Familiarity with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Bridge, Capture One, or other relevant software is a plus
– Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
– Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
– Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members

– Avid: Experience using Avid for video editing and post-production tasks.
– Cinema: Knowledge of cinema techniques and the ability to apply them to video editing projects.
– Capture One: Proficiency in using Capture One for photo editing and enhancing image quality.
– Graphic design: Basic graphic design skills to create visually appealing elements for videos.
