Video Editor/ Motion Graphics Designer

RAD Diversified, an alternative investment firm in Tampa, FL is seeking a talented Video Editor/Motion Graphics Designer to join our video production team. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams to produce high-quality video content including ads, commercials, social media videos, sizzle reels, and more.

Working with the RADD’s marketing teams, the Video Editor handles all aspects of media production – video editing, 3D/motion graphics design, visual effects, sound design and mixing, color correction, and encoding and delivery; all while ensuring the highest-quality production values and quality standards. The Video Editor also assists with the setup and filming of on-location and off-site video productions: interviews, commercial shoots, b-roll, etc.

Applicant must have a very strong work ethic, possess outstanding multi-tasking skills, and consistently perform in a fast-paced and demanding creative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve and utilize the full Creative Cloud suite
• Create engaging motion graphics and animations using After Effects
• Perform visual effects including rotoscoping, motion tracking, keying, etc.
• Color grade and audio mix video content
• Assist with lighting, camera operation and setup for live action video shoots

Requirements:

• Must provide an online demo reel showcasing previous work upon applying. Applicants without a reel or demo work will NOT be considered
• 3+ years experience as a video editor or motion graphics designer
• Expertise in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve Fusion and After Effects
• Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Media Encoder
• Proficiency with visual effects including keying, tracking, rotoscoping
• Fundamental experience in color grading, audio mixing, and encoding video
• Ability to work creatively under tight deadlines
• Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in film, video production or related work experience

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
