Job Role: Social Media & Video Creator (You Tube & TikTok)

Job Type: Part-time Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm – Pay: Minimum Wage

Aim:

  • Create New Collection Segments on our Website.
  • Create a Blog posting on the website about the New Collection Set.
  • Segment Email list who will be attracted to New Collection Set
  • Send Segmented consumer list to customers of interest, which hopefully returns sales from the product purchased by the end consumers.
  • Market the new Blog posting on website to Social Media Sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter.
  • Use Social Advertising (Paid Services) – To attract new impression to our website blog, which hopefully returns sales from the product purchased by the end consumers.
  • Create a one-minute creative video about the New Collection Set and upload to You Tube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

  • Find Affiliate, from TikTok and other platform to help sell the product to increase income.

Objective:

  • Generate New Content to improve brand awareness.
  • Use Segments to Generate Target driven Sales to our Website.
  • Source New Affiliate to help sell our products online.
  • Generate New Banners on the Website to Give a Fresh look to our website.

Duties:

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging, creative, and on-brand content for TikTok & You Tube focused on showcasing our Book lines.
  • Strategy Development: Plan and execute content strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and reach on TikTok & You Tube.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing team to align content with ongoing campaigns and promotions.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated with TikTok & You Tube trends and incorporate them creatively into content to maximize audience engagement.
  • Audience Engagement: Respond to comments, messages from social sites, and engage with the TikTok community to build a loyal following.
  • Analytics Tracking: Monitor performance metrics and analyse data to optimize content strategies for better reach and conversion.
  • Brand Representation: Uphold and embody the brand’s voice, style, and values consistently in all content created.
  • Product Integration: Seamlessly integrate and showcase our clothing line in a way that resonates with the audience and drives interest.
  • Feedback Incorporation: Adapt content based on feedback, performance insights, and emerging trends to continually enhance content quality.
  • Deadline Adherence: Meet set deadlines for content creation and submission, ensuring a consistent flow of engaging material.

The Responsibilities

  • Creating, monitoring, and managing campaigns across all relevant social media platforms
  • Sending content for larger projects to the marketing company in a timely manner
  • Maintaining and monitoring all social media channels
  • Creating and editing images and producing engaging video content daily that reaches key audiences and generates leads.
  • Keeping up to date with key social trends/viral video content and using your creativity to identify how you could adapt it for use on our channels.
  • Communicating with followers / responding to comments
  • Involvement in the management of our influencer strategy with the business owners and the marketing teams, which includes being strategic over what content should be captured and how that is delivered to our followers on social media.
  • Lead on the creation and execution of creative campaigns that drive brand awareness, enquiries and ultimately bookings.
  • Monitor and report performance of social media content.
  • Regularly liaise with the team and patients, including identifying and creating case studies

Experience:

  • Content creation: 1 year (required)
  • social media: 1 year (preferred)
  • Video experience (required)

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Great eye for photography
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Basic knowledge of editing and creative tools such as Capcut, Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator & Premier Pro
  • Ability to manage & organise own workload and think creatively.
  • Some photography/videography experience is essential – if you have a good eye for what works on social media, how to create it, and are naturally creative then we want to hear from you.
  • Outgoing, high-energy personality able to liaise with team members and patients.
