About the Role:

As an integral member of our dynamic post-production team, you will blend your creative flair with technical prowess to bring groundbreaking ideas to life on screen. Your role will focus on creating compelling advertisements and promotional content for top-tier e-commerce brands. This position demands exceptional organizational skills, an ability to solve complex problems creatively, and proficiency in working within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced Video Editing: Assemble and organize raw footage, creating engaging video sequences in line with creative briefs.
• Motion Graphics and AI Integration: Utilize your advanced skills in motion graphics and AI tools to enhance storytelling and visual impact.
• Narrative Expertise: Apply narrative storytelling techniques, which are essential for advanced motion graphics, color grading, and audio editing.
• Technical Skills: Demonstrate expertise in video compression, online collaboration tools, and a strong command of Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Media Encoder) and DaVinci Resolve.
• Trend Research: Collaborate with design and e-commerce teams to stay ahead of videography trends that could influence product sales.
• Creative Collaboration: Work with copywriters, designers, and producers to develop innovative approaches for more expressive graphics.
• A/B Testing: Create variations of spots for effective A/B testing.
• Project Ideation and Management: Ideate video project concepts and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget constraints.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct QA on edits and implement feedback and changes promptly and accurately.
• Production Team Support: Assist Production teams on larger productions as needed.

Qualification & Skill Requirements:

• • Education and Experience: Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 3+ years of experience in creating ads for e-commerce and social media platforms.
  • Software Mastery: Expertise in Creative Cloud and DaVinci Resolve. Proficiency with AI tools such as Chat GPT, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and Pika Labs.
  • Technical Skills: Exceptional skills in storyboarding, previs tools, motion graphics, media management, file organization, and time management.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to distinguish subtle color and sound differences and maintain the highest level of accuracy in your work.
  • Adaptability and Creativity: Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities with a strong creative voice and an eye for design.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Time & project management skills and familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com.

• Portfolio Requirement: A strong portfolio showcasing consumer/product-focused content is required.

• Work Schedule: Available to work on-site during business hours and remotely as required (9 AM – 5 PM, M – F).
