Roles & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for quality Project/IP introduction work
2. Responsible for high-quality project production management, and responsible for content quality and monetization recovery
3. Participate in the formulation of studio production management processes and technical empowerment work
4. Responsible for the training of new people (production assistants).

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of full-process production management experience in 3D animation series projects, and masterpieces that have been broadcast online
2. Familiar with 3D Animation (drama & movie) production process, experience in full-process/semi-process engine UE4&5 production, experience in traditional rendering production, familiar with production software such as MAYA, 3DMAX, Blender, etc. (Bonus points for those who are involved in AIGC)
3. Familiar with the front-line production team in the industry, and have more resources in key links such as directors/screenwriters
4. Strong sensitivity to the Chinese comic user group
5. An independent producer with full commercial chain income.
