Editor to join our team and contribute to the development of engaging and compelling visual content.
Position: Video Editor
Location: Orlando, FL
Job Type: Part Time, possibility to expand to full time
Responsibilities: As a Video Editor at MAGNAFOTO you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that aligns with our brand and marketing objectives. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
1. Editing and assembling raw video footage using Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
2. Incorporating visual effects and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.
3. Enhancing video content with color correction, sound editing, and other post-production techniques.
4. Collaborating with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative video concepts.
5. Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
6. Staying updated on industry trends and emerging video editing technologies.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve for video editing.
3. Extensive knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and visual effects.
4. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for image editing and graphic design.
5. Strong understanding of video production processes and best practices.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
Education and Experience:
- Proven experience in Film Production, Video Editing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in video editing.
- Preferable but not necessary, Bachelors degree in film
