The Role: Creative Video Producer

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving creative development, planning and executing shoots, and managing projects through the entire production pipeline. We are seeking an individual with a keen eye for storytelling, project management expertise, and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Development:

• Lead creative development for projects and present compelling pitches to clients.

Project Management:

• Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.

Problem Solving:

• Anticipate and address production issues before they become production problems.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with staff and clients to plan and develop shoots that meet our client needs.

Organization:

• Create and maintain essential documents, including production schedules, shot lists, gear lists, and crew call sheets.

Communication:

• Foster open communication with clients, staff, and vendors to ensure goals are met and exceeded and proactively address any challenges.

Equipment Management:

• Source and secure equipment for shoots, ensuring all necessary resources are available.

Budget Oversight:

• Manage and maintain costs to ensure projects are delivered on budget.

Post-Production Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the post-production team to ensure timely project delivery

On-Set Attendance:

• Attend all film shoots, ensuring production proceeds on schedule.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Five years of experience in media, commercial or corporate video production, with significant on-set experience

Position Details:

• Salary: From $65,000/year for full-time position
• Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision
• Remote work with occasional in-person meetings; in-person attendance required for all video shoots
• Personal vehicle required for fulfilling assigned duties
• Broadband Internet access required for the ability to work remotely.

Vaccination for Covid-19 is required. All Narrative Media crew members are fully vaccinated and we require all team members to wear masks on set except when outdoors.
