The Monetization Integrity Risk Management team is responsible for identifying and mitigating risks to ensure a safe and trustworthy ads experience for TikTok users. We are looking for interns who can work closely with our senior leadership and cross functional teams to drive impact. These candidates should be detail-oriented and pro-active, with an ability to anticipate issues and take initiative to solve for them through developing strategic project plans and data-driven analysis.

Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. This Internship Program runs for 12 weeks beginning in May/June 2024. Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the following summer internship cycles below:
1.May 20, 2024 to August 9, 2024
2.May 28, 2024 to August 16, 2024
3.June 10, 2024 to August 30, 2024
We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit to these start dates. Please state your availability clearly in your resume (Start date, End date).

Responsibilities
In this role you will:
1. Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to develop strategic project plans
2. Facilitate collaboration with crossfunctional teams
3. Monitor success metrics weekly and create progress reports
4. Ensure consistent project updates are provided to leadership and stakeholders
5. Organize meetings, set agendas, and track action items
6. Identify process improvements and develop solutions
7. Support other day-to-day operations of the team

Qualifications

1. Full-time student pursuing MBA or MS preferred. Recent graduates of BBA or BS programs considered;
2. Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2024.
3. Graduating December 2024 onwards with the intent to return to degree program after the completion of the internship.
5. Knowledge and passion for social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing
6. SQL and Excel skills preferred
7. Previous experience working in operational capacity that involves crossfunctional team collaboration
8. Strong communication, facilitation, time management, and prioritization skills
9. Demonstrated ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
10. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while developing strong relationships
11. Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
