Compensation: Contract – 40 hours per week; $50,000-60,000 base + up to $20,000 variable compensation, DOE
About the Role
In this specialized role, you’ll be responsible for building and shaping the personal brand of Johnny Page, Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and head of the SaaS Academy program. Working exclusively for Johnny, a successful candidate will be primarily responsible for shooting, editing strategizing, creating, and executing content that aligns and enhances his personal brand. Your primary focus will be to produce content to grow his following across various channels, including social media, podcasts, and email lists. This involves seeking collaboration opportunities on prominent podcasts within the industry, all aimed at expanding his influence. This role is about creating a genuine connection with the audience and crafting a brand that resonates with Johnny’s vision.
About Johnny Page
Johnny is the Chief of Revenue at SaaS Academy and head of the SaaS Academy Program. He was the CEO of Silvertrac for 7 years before exiting to K1 Investments in 2019. He spent 3 years as a SaaS Academy client from 2017-2020. His experience as a CEO and client in SaaS Academy is the foundation for his role as the Chief Revenue Officer. Johnny has hands-on experience in customer success, sales, marketing, operations, and product management.
Prior to his career in SaaS, Johnny was an avid golfer, playing three years of collegiate golf at Lincoln Memorial University. He is married to his wife Ashley and has two kids, Abi and Sawyer.
As Johnny is reaching new levels in his professional growth his next focus is to build out his personal brand and share the wealth of knowledge he has accumulated over the last 10+ years.

Key Responsibilities
Video, Shooting, Editing & Production
- Gather compelling footage for use in long and short-form pieces
- Implement best practices in editing both audio and visual content, maintaining a balance between quality and efficiency
- Utilize appropriate software and tools to ensure seamless integration of various content elements, achieving a cohesive and polished final product
Content Planning, Strategy, and Analysis
- Develop and manage a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with brand goals
- Analyze top-performing posts to garner insights that guide future content
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies and make data-driven decisions
Content Execution
- Podcast Production: Produce, edit, and publish a minimum of 4 high-quality podcasts per month, ensuring alignment with brand voice and goals
- Social Media Management: Leverage long-form content to create, edit, and share short-form content daily across various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok; Tailor content to each platform’s specific audience and optimize for maximum engagement and reach
- Utilization of AI Tools: Apply cutting-edge AI tools to support content creation and distribution, enhancing efficiency and personalizing audience targeting; stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and continuously explore ways to innovate the content process through AI
- Efficient Editing: Implement best practices in editing both audio and visual content, maintaining a balance between quality and efficiency; utilize appropriate software and tools to ensure seamless integration of various content elements, achieving a cohesive and polished final product
- Copywriting: Develop compelling copy for podcast descriptions, social media posts, and other promotional materials, reflecting the brand’s tone and voice; utilize AI to create copy based on long-form content transcripts
Collaboration Sourcing
- Identify and engage with potential podcast collaborations, fostering relationships that increase brand visibility and reach
- Network with influencers, thought leaders, and industry professionals to create mutually beneficial partnerships
Brand Growth
- Grow the personal brand by producing innovative and engaging content across different platforms
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to drive continuous improvement, optimization, and innovation
Learning and Development
- Display an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to learn a tremendous amount in this role.
- Continually upskill knowledge on the latest trends, tools, platforms, and technologies in content marketing
Experience and Qualifications
- Professional videography and editing experience
- Proven work experience in content marketing, strategic planning, copywriting, brand communication, tracking key metrics, or similar roles
- Proficiency in AI-based tools, CMS applications, and design software
- Experience with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, and Tiktok
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interest in business and comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and audience
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Experience growing a personal brand preferred
