Actor with military experience

Digital Wizards Studios is seeking a highly skilled and disciplined actor with extensive United States military training for an upcoming project. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in an action-packed film/TV production that requires authenticity, precision, and a deep understanding of military protocols. This is a one-day shoot that will be either Dec 15th or 18th. We are shooting this as reference footage for animation.

Responsibilities:

Authentic Portrayal:

• Bring realism to military-themed scenes by accurately portraying the demeanor, body language, and communication style of a trained U.S. military professional. (Army preferred)
• Ensure adherence to military protocols, equipment handling, and tactical movements to enhance the authenticity of on-screen performances.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the director to choreograph and execute realistic action sequences.
• Provide valuable insights and suggestions based on personal military experience to enhance the overall authenticity of the production.

Qualifications:

• Military Background – must have served in the U.S. military with a comprehensive understanding of military tactics, protocols, and culture.

• Prior experience in combat roles or specialized units is highly desirable.
• Acting Skills:
• Demonstrated acting ability with a portfolio that showcases versatility in emotional range and character portrayal.
• Collaborative Nature:
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take direction from the director and production staff.
• Physical Fitness:
• Maintain a high level of physical fitness to perform demanding action sequences and stunts.
• Communication Skills:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to convey the nuances of military communication effectively.
