Job Description: If you are a creative and driven individual who has always dreamed of working in the outdoor industry, we are looking for you!! The High Road Group is hiring a Video Editor and Media Manager to handle production, management and distribution of hunting and outdoor related content!

Job Type: In house full-time salaried position with a 3-month paid trial period.

Job Duties:

· MUST be capable of multi-tasking.

· Producing and editing a variety of videos from raw footage.

· Organization and distributing video content to multiple digital platforms.

· Assisting in the production of television programs, commercials, and marketing/branding videos.

· Organizing and managing footage acquired from shoots.

· Managing and growing the “Keith Warren Hunting” YouTube Channel including the following responsibilities: posting video content, thumbnail and title creation and analytics analysis (ability to evaluate analytics and adjust to improve accordingly).

· Managing and posting to social media channels.

· This position requires person to be very organized team player with attention to detail and a strong understanding of video production including post-production toolsets.

Requirements:

· Previous experience in Adobe Premiere Pro.

· Work from our main office in New Braunfels, TX.

· Passion to create the highest quality outdoor productions possible.

· Mastery of Adobe programs (Premiere Pro, Photoshop and After Effects) and color grading.

· Ability to work as a team player with production and sales staff to deliver projects on-time.

· Must be able to convey professionalism with high profile clients.

· Ability to create video content with high production value.

· Arrive on time 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday. (with hour lunch break)

· Must be able to pass periodic drug test.

Beneficial Skills:

· Knowledge of hunting and wildlife is beneficial.

· Experience as a videographer and editor.

· Previous experience managing and growing YouTube and Facebook channels.

· Field Production/Videography skills with DSLR cameras (ex: Black Magic Pocket
Cinema, Sony A7s II).

· Experience in Photoshop and other Adobe applications.

· Graphic and web design skills.

Management: This position will report directly to Executive Producer, Keith
Warren and Production Manager, Johnny Piazza.

Office Location: New Braunfels, TX.

Pay: $2,800.00 per month during 90 day trial period. $38,000.00 – $42,000.00 per year at the end of trial period based on performance. PLUS SIGNING BONUS.
