Real Estate Video Editor / Videographer

We are looking for a video editor & videographer who can edit raw footage and can shoot cinematic B-Roll. Having experience in shooting high quality real estate video is a MUST! Please do not apply if you do not have experience in shooting real estate. The editing responsibilities can be tedious, as it involves cutting footage according to the script, adding music, sound effects, titles, transitions, performing high quality cinematic colour grading. The shooting responsibilities entails traveling to listings, shooting high quality cinematic B-Roll of the home, A-Roll of the agent and shoot drone footage of the home as well as the neighbourhood. You MUST have your own equipment (GIMBAL, FULL FRAME WIDE ANGLE LENS [16MM OR WIDER], WIRELESS MIC, ND FILTER, DJI DRONE, FULL FRAME CAMERA (capable of shooting FULL 4K 60FPS in 10 BIT COLOUR) . You MUST have your own means of reliable transportation. A majority of our work is done in the East GTA. You must also have experience in shooting and editing vertical based content for Instagram Reels and Tik Tok.
