Salesmrkt, an OnDemand Sales, Marketing and Tech company is looking to expand its team by adding a new Motion Designer.

We are currently hiring a Motion Graphics Designer who will work closely with the marketing, design, and development team among other key stakeholders to brainstorm and create high-quality video content that reflects branding priorities.

Responsibilities

• Creating visually stunning and on-brand motion graphics and animations for various web and social media platforms.
• Creating product videos utilizing tech mockups in 2D and 3D animations.
• Utilizing video software, such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D(a bonus), to design and execute captivating motion graphic projects.
• Demonstrating a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality motion graphic deliverables that exceed expectations.
• Collaborating with the creative team, including graphic designers, video editors, web developers, and content creators, to conceptualize and create motion graphic projects that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality and error-free video productions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and report bugs effectively.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and track the progress of videos and templates created.
• Staying updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining skills, and exploring new techniques to push the boundaries of motion graphics design.

Essential Qualifications:

• You have prior experience as a Motion Graphics Designer as well as a showreel or portfolio with a mix of commercial and personal work
• Good grip and expertise required in: Motion Graphics Animation, 2D, 2.5D & 3D Animation
• You possess strong skills of:
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Cinema 4D or similar softwares
• VFX
• You have a good grip on color correction, color grading and sound editing.
• You are organized and can prioritize effectively
• You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas
• You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.

Work hours:

● US hours – CST/EST time zones
● US Holidays

This is a full-time position and we are looking for someone who can start immediately. The position is fully remote, so your location does not matter.
