Geoffrey Nathan Consulting are seeking an experienced qualified Video Producer on behalf of our Client.

Required Work Experience and Education

– Related Qualifications in higher level education

– Minimum two years’ experience

Tasks and Duties include:

• Read, research and assess ideas and finished script
• Build and develop a network of contact
• Use computer software packages for screenwriting, budgeting and scheduling
• Pull together all the strands of creative and practical talent involved in the project to create a team
• Maintain contemporary technical skills
• Organize shooting schedules – dependent on the type of producer role and availability of support staff
• Troubleshoot
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes of practice and health and safety laws
• Supervise the progress of the project from production to post production
• Hold regular meetings with the director to discuss characters and scenes
• Act as a sounding board for the director
• Bring the finished production in on budget.
• Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for customer stories, internal company announcement videos, external promotional social videos, product marketing videos, recruiting videos, corporate training and other enterprise-wide projects
• Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines and select optimal forms of media for projects
• Work independently, as well as part of a team to establish project deliverables
• Collaborate closely with internal clients and stakeholders to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content
• Plan video shoots; scout, select and reserve shoot locations
• Develop production schedules
• Select and hire additional crew and talent; direct and coach talent; make transportation arrangements for crew, talent and equipment; and ensure all location power needs are met
• Reserve and rent equipment
• Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media
• Manage video library
• Evaluate analytics

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 /year

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
