We are growing at a fast pace and are currently in search of a SUPER CREATIVE Video Editor to join our creative team. We are looking for an energetic, creative, and self-motivated individual to make our clients’ video ads look like cinematic superheroes. As a member of our creative team, you’ll collaborate with our Executive Team to create promo videos that put our clients in another stratosphere.

Job Description

The Video Editor is responsible for reviewing audio and visual footage and using computer software to organize clips into a cohesive unit. Their duties include splitting or combining video clips, adding appropriate sounds or graphics and watching the finished product to catch mistakes before submitting it for review.

Responsibilities

  • Help evolve and grow our rich digital experiences and improve the video output of our clients.

· Edit original digital videos and cut down and repack existing longer-form videos, optimizing content for social audiences and various platforms.

  • Create and contribute to video concepts, scripts, and productions.
  • Create rough and final cuts
  • Reformatting videos for optimal social media consumption
  • Creating short video clips and graphics for Facebook Ads, Youtube Ads, Instagram and various client landing pages
  • Work collaboratively with other teams and departments, responding to project requests and ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines and style.
  • Stay up to date with the latest standards, changes, and trends in website interaction as well as technologies and tools.
  • Embrace and inspire passion to create compelling video experiences that communicate to the message to the intended audience

Required Skills

  • 2+ years experience working on editorial and branded content
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop
  • Ability to work in high pressure, fast paced production environment with quick turnarounds
  • Ability to adapt to changes in production plan/schedules
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages of production at one time
  • High level of self-awareness and accountability with an eye towards growth
  • Active consumer of video trends, willing and able to bring creative ideas to the table
  • Great communication skills with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines with a consistent level of quality output.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and be nimble and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized, responsible, and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects, deliver refined results in a short time with constant growth and improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,800.00 – $5,600.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

  • Video editing: 2 years (Preferred)
