Middle Way Marketing is a full-service digital marketing agency focused on the medical aesthetics industry. We create content and run digital marketing campaigns for our clients. This can include website design and maintenance, ongoing SEO, digital paid advertising campaigns (primarily using Google & Facebook ad platforms) and social media management. Our typical clientele are med spas, plastic surgeons, dermatologists, OBGYNs, dentists, etc.

We founded Middle Way in June 2019 based on the philosophy that great marketing lives at the intersection of high-quality content and data driven results (the intersection of art and science). Our ideal candidate is someone who has a strong background in video editing and is interested in health and wellness. We are growing quickly and look forward to speaking with you!

We are looking to fill a full-time salaried Editor position. Expected start date: January 8, 2024.

The Video Editor will be responsible for the following:

● Editing interview and medical treatment footage into short video clips meant for websites and social media accounts. These videos are meant to entice customers to visit the doctor or med spa to receive treatment.

● Editing photos meant for websites and social media accounts

● Transferring and organizing media as directed by the Post-Production Supervisor

The ideal Video Editor should possess the following skills/experience:

● 1+ years experience editing professionally

● Mastery of Adobe video and photo editing suite (Premiere, Lightroom, Photoshop; not required but a bonus: After Effects)

● Color correcting

● Syncing audio

● Organizing footage

● Compiling clips into comprehensible stories

● Must have great time management skills

● Must be able to meet deadlines

● Strong ability to manage expectations

● Must be located in Austin, TX

● Should have a curiosity for the health & wellness industry

This is a hybrid position. Must have reliable transportation to our office in central Austin.

Compensation:

$50,000-$60,000 Based on Experience
