Responsibilities:

As our Social Media Video Content Creator and Editor, you will have the opportunity to use your creativity and skills to shape the social media presence of our brands. Your responsibilities include:

• Creating and editing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand voice and messaging.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop content strategies for each brand and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
• Working closely with designers, photographers, and videographers to craft visually appealing and engaging content.
• Monitoring and analyzing social media performance to optimize content and campaigns.
• Staying up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, and making data-driven recommendations for improvements to our strategy.
• Managing multiple social media accounts and ensuring content is delivered on time and tailored to the unique requirements of each platform.
• Crafting engaging, creative, and informative copy for social media posts, blogs, email marketing, and other marketing materials.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A comprehensive understanding of technical video data, compression, and formatting, utilizing industry-specific terminology.
• 5 years of experience in video editing and social media content creation.
• Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective video algorithms.
• Excellent editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently.

Qualifications:

In addition to the above requirements, the ideal candidate should have:

• A demonstrated understanding of creating marketing-based promotional videos for Facebook, with examples to showcase.
• Exceptional creativity and a profound grasp of crafting viral ads and videos.
• Advanced skills in Premiere Pro.
• Advanced skills in After Effects.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Additional Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a video editor.
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• A keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time, flexible schedule, Monday – Wednesday in the office in Clearwater, FL, and remote Thursday & Friday each week.

Salary & Compensation Information: $ 49,571.00- $ 59,571.00 annual Salary & Compensation
