Recruitment Resourcer | Birmingham, ENG | Paramount Recruitment Ltd

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Recruitment Resourcer. You’ll be responsible for supporting our recruitment consultants in identifying, engaging, and placing exceptional candidates within the life science sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and databases.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future recruitment needs.
• Collaborate with recruitment consultants to understand client requirements and develop targeted candidate profiles.
• Assist in the coordination of interviews, assessments, and other recruitment processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the company database.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or a related role is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
