About This Role
We’re looking for an expert Video Editor + Content Creator to join our team full-time. In this role, you’ll work in our state-of-the-art production studio with the Creative Department to make engaging content for our team, our partners, and their consumers. At Silver State Smiles, our focus is on our patients and showing them what we can offer them.

You’ll create unique video content that is data-driven and consumer-focused for all types of platforms and marketplaces. This could include commercials, online ads, social media marketing, instructional videos, and more. You’ll also assist in the day-to-day tasks of completing video projects such as writing pitches and scripts, sourcing talent, scouting locations, and post-production editing.

We’re looking for an expert editor to focus on promotional videos for broadcast, streaming, and social media. Our perfect match will also have experience in all stages of production (especially on set during shoots) and an eagerness to creatively collaborate with a crew.

Here are a few things you will be working on with us but are not limited to:

Create and pitch scripts for product-based video projects
Post-production (editing of audio and visual materials, exporting, publishing, etc)
Creating motion graphics and visual effects
Utilize, maintain, and organize our fully-appointed studio
Assist the Marketing Department in all projects when necessary
Shoot on-site in our facilities when needed
Create videos for Patients (testimonials)

Responsibilities

Create social media across content via digital recording devices
Editing captured media into a commercial-based promotion
Develop Social Content Promotional Calendar
Work with the marketing team to develop new concepts
Translate events/promotions into social campaigns
Assist in Post, Monitor and reporting on media content on Youtube, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram & other online social communities
Team Player, Collaborative, Ability to Storyboard a project and see it to completion.
Other duties are assigned as needs & social landscape change.
Create and pitch scripts for product-based video projects
Creating motion graphics and visual effects

We have a live studio. You MUST know about lighting, sound, mic, staging, etc.

Qualifications

At least 6+ years of experience as a video editor
At least 3+ years of consumer/product video experience
Expert in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, and other production software
Expert knowledge in production gear (camera, lighting, audio)
Expert in pre-production, production, post-production, and motion graphics
A passion for digital media with an active imagination to create new concepts
Ability to think creatively, both independently and as part of a team
Must have a digital body of work viewable online
Knowledge of online monitoring and measurement platforms via social reporting outlets.
Strong written & verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Our office is located in Las Vegas and this is an on-site job opportunity. We’ll provide all the equipment or software needed to produce content.
