About us: We are WINDWOOD! We are a growing team of upbeat, outgoing, visually driven creatives who focus on helping a range of clients with TV commercials, corporate communications, and social media!

We shoot content, dress in dinosaur costumes, and create lasting marketing strategies for a range of clients (More on the dinosaur costumes later). We have created awesome work for prominent brands such as Timberland, Title Boxing, Siggis, and Tivoli audio, among others!

About you: You are an organized creative at heart who can manage any amount of footage and information. You are comfortable working with a lead editor and helping make sure that every project we take on is handled smoothly from offloading to final export.

We are a growing company and we are looking for someone to grow with us! The ideal candidate is a highly organized, highly creative, and highly friendly, who will collaborate with our marketing team to prioritize efficiency and ease of video creation.

While initially you will be primarily logging and organizing projects, there is a fast growth path to a full editing position as you grow with us! An ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of professional experience as an assistant video editor. Additionally, you will have strong communication skills, and the ability to guide best practices for media management.

Responsibilities:
1. Ownership of post-production timeline
2. Footage logging and organization
3. Card/media management
4. Assisting lead editor with everything editing related.
5. Troubleshooting technical editing software problems
6. Collaborating with the team/clients in the revision process to bring each project to a successful close.

Qualifications:
Must be extremely organized and responsible.
Adobe Premiere master (1-2 years)
Adobe After Effects dabbler
Adobe Photoshop (plus)
DaVinci Resolve (plus)

Salary – $42,500-$45,000. DOE
Contract to hire.
In office, contract 3 months.
