About us: We’re TRADEWIND! We are a growing team of upbeat, outgoing, visually driven creatives who focus on helping some of the most visible trades companies in the east coast clients develop their online presence and make an impact.

We shoot content, dress in dinosaur costumes, and create lasting marketing strategies for a range of clients (More on the dinosaur costumes later). We have ongoing relationships with large-scale construction, sitework, and landscaping companies like DEVELON, W. L. French Excavating, LEI Corp, Onyx Corp, East Coast Construction, R. P. Marzilli among others!

About you: You are creative at heart that can take any amount of footage and turn it into a compelling story. You’re comfortable editing long form polished corporate overviews, 15 second TikToks, and a range of in-between. You know Premiere like the back of your hand, and you have an awesome ability to communicate on creative direction, timelines, client expectations, and deliverables. You can work quickly and efficiently to develop cool, creative content, while not jeopardizing your well-organized project.

We’re a growing company and we’re looking for someone to grow with us! The ideal candidate is a highly organized, highly creative, highly friendly, who will collaborate with our marketing team to build and strategize around content output for a range of clients.

An ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of professional experience as an editor – light knowledge of construction, landscaping, excavation, or trades companies is a plus.

Additionally, you will have strong communication skills, and the ability to guide best practices for media posting.

Responsibilities:
1. Ownership of post-production timeline
2. Footage logging and organization
3. Card/media management
4. Editing projects from interviews to site update videos, to flashy social media pieces
5. Collaborating with the team/clients in the revision process to bring each project to a successful close.

Qualifications:
Must be extremely organized and responsible.
Adobe Premiere master (1-2 years)
Adobe After Effects dabbler
Adobe Photoshop (plus)
DaVinci Resolve (plus)

Pay: $45,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year
