Working under the guidance of the Director of Marketing and Branding, as well as, in collaboration with the Marketing team and Operations Staff to provide, maintain, and support all aspects of digital marketing collateral, including but not limited to, storyboarding, videography, editing, storage, and tagging. Emphasis on finished content production for social, e-mail, and web use, staff training, and event promotion. Additional responsibilities related to graphic production and website production, liaising with developers to provide content when necessary.

Your time will be split between creating video content at the Landmark venues throughout NJ and PA and editing at our home base offices in Plainfield, NJ.
The typical work week will be Tuesday – Saturday, with evening hours spent at the venues later in the week.

Videography/ Video Editor Responsibilities:

• Produce, update & manage Landmark Hospitality and its affiliated companies’ video library for Restaurants, Bars, Hotels, Special Events and Wedding business sectors.
• Provide Fresh Content at each venue weekly.
• Schedule Staff and Food Shoots at our restaurants and Venues
• Maintain and update web facilities as necessary with new content.
• Maintain tagging and cataloging of all Landmark assets you create
• Manage and upload content for our YouTube Channel.
• Work with Marketing on TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms
• Develop Video Strategy for posting content for maximum SEO and Audience impact.
• Direct and Produce video sessions with minimal supervision.
• Supply marketing team with web-ready content for posting via e-mail, social
  Media or web.

  Deliverables to be maintained:

• New Weekly video shorts for Instagram and Facebook posting, can be quick eye-catching video, video, animated, or gif-style, topics to be administered weekly by the manager. (Weekly)
• Develop an overall YouTube Strategy in writing to be carried out throughout the year( Annual)
• Develop an overall TikTok Strategy in writing to be carried out throughout the year( Annual)
• Develop an overall Instagram Reel Strategy in writing to be carried out throughout the year( Annual)
• Attend, at minimum, 3 events/per week and collect content for marketing use, posting or websites. (weekly)
• Work with Human Resources and managers to develop 2 staff training videos/ quarter to be deployed on Paycom. (quarterly)
• Web Development and Coordination
• Support new and existing web development, updating of websites, website event calendars and guides.
• Assist in e-mail development with provisions for asset inclusion.
• Support management of deadlines, goals, and website development strategy with third-party vendors.
• Liaise with the department head to carry out deadlines for various projects underway. (ongoing)
• Weekly Opportunity report for department head on 2-3 innovative marketing opportunities. (Weekly)
• Production and posting of monthly VLOG entries for either LMD or LMV.
• Required Reporting, Frequency, and Data Points to be maintained
• Recurring schedule of Instagram reels
