Full job description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Graphic Designer / Video Editor to join Doodle Labs, a B2B-focused hardware technology company. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing the brand’s visual identity, produce marketing collateral, including graphic design for whitepapers/website content/handouts/booth graphics for tradeshows/etc and producing video and audio content, including product presentations/field demonstrations/webinars/etc.

This role reports to our Sr. Marketing Manager, under the direction of our VP Marketing / Brand Director.

We are looking for someone who is both an independent contributor and able to collaborate with the rest of the marketing team, and the larger Doodle Labs teams, on projects. They will be able to manage and execute their own projects, including setting deadlines and deliverables.

The ideal candidate is a motivated individual with a passion for marketing, technology, and design, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design:

  • Create visually compelling marketing materials, including brochures, infographics, presentations, and digital advertisements.
  • Design engaging visuals for online and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency. Build and manage a library of branded assets, including stock, product and thematic/lifestyle imagery.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and assist in the implementation of marketing strategies.

  • Coordinate with external graphic design agency on key projects.
2. Video and Audio Production:

  • Produce & edit original video content for the brand’s YouTube channel, presentations, trade shows, website, social media, sales demos and other channels, as necessary.
  • Leverage existing brand video footage to create fresh video content for various channels. For example, cut a webinar down to multiple quick bite social videos, grab soundbites from interviews for testimonials, etc.
  • Manage ad-hoc video shoots in the Doodle Labs office and on location at trade shows and customer sites.
  • Assist in the production of webinars and podcasts.
3. Marketing Campaign Execution

– Responsible for getting all design/video assets published/integrated to wherever it needs to go – like the website, in presentation decks, etc.

– Assist in the execution of online marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, livestreams and in-person events like trade shows and conferences.

  • Monitor and analyze video and other campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content, copy, messaging and compelling calls-to-action.
4. Marketing Coordination

  • Work with our outside design agency partners to coordinate the development of larger creative projects, like tradeshow booth graphics, or a new company presentation deck.
  • Ensure the larger DL organization has access to creative assets that they would need for their work – this includes managing and organizing the Sharepoint folder, as well as sending over assets as requested by team members.
