Job Description Video Editor Location: In-Office, Franklin, TN Reports to: Digital Marketing Director Pay Scale: $45,000 – $60,000 Status: Full Time Are you a creative and talented Video Editor with a passion for producing compelling and engaging video content? Premier Franchise Management (PFM) is seeking a skilled Videographer/Video Editor to join our dynamic team in Franklin, Tennessee. Job Summary: As a Videographer/Video Editor at PFM, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including internal communications, promotional videos, event coverage, and national marketing campaigns. If you have a strong portfolio and the skills to bring video content to life, we want to hear from you! Job Duties and Responsibilities: Edit educational and promotional videos for internal franchise training. Organize video projects and collaborate with department heads to fulfill video needs throughout the organization. Create captivating motion graphics and logo reveals for various projects and events. Work closely with the Marketing team to produce video content for multiple national marketing campaigns. Edit footage from three live events each year. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of video editing experience. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Basic knowledge of camera equipment, including Canon, BlackMagic, Panasonic GH5/GH6, GoPros, DJI Drones, Wireless Lav Systems, and more Strong emphasis on motion graphics and design skills is a plus Position Details: This position is based in the Marketing/Graphics department. Role is full-time, exempt salaried at our Franklin, Tennessee location. Schedule is day shift Monday – Friday onsite, with additional flexibility needed around important deadlines or cutoffs.
