: We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor/Content Creator to join our team. As a Video Editor/Content Creator, you will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing engaging video content for various platforms, including Instagram reels, YouTube shorts, podcasts for YouTube, and social media marketing. This role requires a strong eye for detail, excellent technical skills in videography and editing, and a deep understanding of current trends in digital content creation. Responsibilities: Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content for short form platforms such as Instagram reels and YouTube shorts. Edit longer videos, including podcasts, for YouTube, ensuring seamless transitions, audio quality, and engaging visuals. Collaborate with the CEO to develop innovative ideas and concepts for video content. Stay up-to-date with current trends, techniques, and best practices in videography, editing, and content creation. Utilize video editing software and tools to enhance the overall quality of videos, including color correction, audio enhancement, and visual effects. Optimize video content for various platforms, ensuring it meets the requirements and specifications of each platform. Assist in managing and organizing video assets, including file management, archiving, and backup processes. Monitor and track the performance of video content on various platforms, making data-driven decisions for future content creation. Collaborate with the CEO to create video content that aligns with marketing objectives and strategies. Contribute to the planning and execution of social media marketing campaigns, utilizing video content to maximize audience engagement and reach. Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all video content and social media platforms. Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in video production, editing software, and social media platforms. Responsible for Social Media Management on all social media platforms Requirements: Proven experience as a videographer and content creator, with a strong portfolio showcasing your video editing and content creation skills. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. Familiarity with motion graphics and visual effects. Strong understanding of social media platforms, their requirements, and best practices for video content. Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality videos within tight deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Creative mindset and ability to generate unique ideas for video content. Knowledge of social media marketing principles and strategies is a plus. Basic photo editing skills are desirable.
