Videographer and editor for AC property sourcing. A property investment and sourcing company. I run a successful property sourcing a s developemnt company in the North East and I am looking to work with a videographer and editor to create short and long form content for our social media. We are looking for someone with an interest in the property market, so a base level knowledge, and a good level of experience in videography, editing and social media Managenent. Equipment will be required The roll would require 1-2 days of in person filming a month and potentially weekly as things arise. we will arrange transport for this. We aim to create upwards of 30 pieces of content to be used across the channels each month. There will likely be parts in-between but this will be arranged in advance. The rest of the work will be remote and involve editing and distributing content across the social channels. The goal is to be posting 5x a week on Instagram / daily on tiktok and then across YouTube. There is an element of initiative required and this is where the property and social media knowledge will help as we ideally need the candidate to create the content plans for our shoot days, staying up to date with trends and what works in the space. Also an ability to edit content for the different platforms. There will be a need for added value, sales, personal brand and ultimately busness growth content forms. Ideally we are looking for a videographer/ editor and someone who can manage and grow our social media. As a small but high demand company its not an area we can spend a lot of time ourself so someone with an entrepreneurial or independent focus would be ideal. Of course we will spend time ensuring the knowledge is there of what we are looking for. As a company out main sales funnel is finding and sourcing projects for our large list of investors and then delivering on the project refurbishments so it’s a very hands on business with lots to take in and see.
