Our forward-thinking approach is defined by efficiency, integrity and creativity. Role Description You use video as a medium for telling stories and sharing digestible content. You are proficient in Pre-Production, Production, and Post-production. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work within strict deadlines. You have a passion for engaging with diverse groups of people, and an ability to adapt your video and creative style accordingly. You are eager to innovate and bring new video ideas and concepts forward and are able to critically analyze video performance to adapt future content. You: Hold a degree in Communication, Marketing, TV/Film production, digital media, or related fields 1 – 3 Years of Professional Experience Are living in Boston, MA (or Greater Boston area) Are proficient with and have access to the Adobe Suite, (Premiere and AfterEffects knowledge is a must) Have access to Camera Equipment (DSLR), Lighting, Audio, Gimbal etc Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Are able to work independently and as part of a team Are an organized self-starter Have excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment Have access to a Drone (FAA Drone license required) is a plus Animation skills are a plus, AfterEffects, Logo, and Text animation Knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred but not required This is a full-time role, not an internship/co-op. 40 hours a week.
