Stream-Flo Industries Ltd. is currently seeking a full-time permanent Videographer & Photographer to work in Edmonton, AB. Qualifications: Valid driving licence is required, as this role will occasionally be required to travel to various branches in Western Canada to shoot video. A college/university degree or diploma in videography and its related disciplines OR equivalent practical experience required. Demonstrated proficiency in photography and videography, including storyboarding, scripting, shooting, conducting interviews, editing, scoring, V/O, and production for various formats from social media shorts to instructional videos, to product and service promotions, to interview/documentary formats. Experience in the full process of video production is an asset. Demonstrated proficiency in various camera platforms, including Sony Mirrorless cameras, GoPro and drone experience, and/or other conventional video capture. Drone pilot certification in one or more geographic locations is an asset. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects developing new creative ideas for visual design and implementing effective design solutions is an asset. Proficiency in animation platforms is an asset. Experience with Creo Parametric or other 3D software is an asset. Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint. Demonstrated aptitude for designing in a range of styles to suit project requirements. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Comfortable with changing priorities and project requirements. Ability to manage several projects and deadlines at the same time. Ability to work effectively as part of a project team and independently. Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, organizational and time management skills. Responsibilities: Reporting to the Marketing Lead and Communications Lead, the Videographer/Photographer is responsible for capturing, editing, producing, and maintaining a data asset management system, for video and still-photography assets, related to the Stream-Flo Group of Companies’ brands, products, services, internal clients, and digital marketing and communications efforts. Duties include: Take photos and videos of equipment, facilities, events, etc. as part of the digital marketing and communications strategic plans for the Stream-Flo Group of Companies. Edit footage and postproduction as required using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other software. Work as an integral member of the Corporate Communications & Marketing Team, and the business units and departments withing the corporation, to establish objectives and timelines for digital communications and marketing projects. Assist with maintaining our digital asset management system. Perform other related duties as required. We thank all applicants for their interest.
