As part of our continued growth, Collective Influence is excited to add a Videographer/Editor to our amazing content team. As a Videographer/Editor, you will play a pivotal role in capturing and creating engaging video content that aligns with our brand and objectives. You will work closely with our creative team and lead the following aspects of video production: planning, shooting, editing, and post-production. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute video shoots to ensure and capture the highest quality footage Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop concepts and storyboards Capture and edit video content, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand experience Execute post-production tasks, including editing, color correction, sound design, and graphics Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements in videography Qualifications: A complete and professional portfolio of completed projects Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Suite Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve) Strong knowledge of various camera equipment and brands Passion to stay up-to-date with the latest technology, trends, and equipment Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines Effective communication and team working skills Strong portfolio showcasing your videography work Willingness to travel, occasionally on short notice Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Videography, or a related field Experience with drone/aerial videography, FPV/RPV is highly desirable Knowledge of motion graphics and animation Previous experience in shooting a variety of video types (corporate, event, social media). Experience with sound recording and editing. Compensation: Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 Benefits: Health, Vision, and Dental plans PTO HSA or FSA Location: In-office, Ponte Vedra, Florida, some travel Status: Full-time Schedule: 9-5, M-F, Occasional weekends for events Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
