Summary

The Video Producer position will develop and oversee schedule to complete video projects from start to finish as assigned by the Director of Video Production. This position will allow one to impact others through a service mindset centered on making an eternal difference. Responsibilities

• Promote the mission and standards of Answers in Genesis.

• Prioritize personal integrity in all interactions and assignments.
• Develop and oversee schedule to complete video projects from start to finish as assigned by the Director of Video Production

Responsibilities

• Work with Video Director to schedule shoots and find/hire talent and crew for assigned productions
• Work with Post-Production Manager to develop plan for motion graphics/animation as necessary
• Provide camera/lighting/editing/motion graphics/animation skills as needed
• Ensure projects stay within budget and on schedule
• Provide final product deliverables as well as marketing assets
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

• Must agree with and be able to sign our Statement of Faith.
• Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Regularly attends a local Bible-believing church.
• Leadership skills & communication within a small team
• Attention to detail
• Multitasking
• Time management

Education & Experience

• Minimum 7 years in video/film production and post-production environment
• Degree in Video/Film related field a plus
• Knowledge of Canon C300 and RED cameras and support equipment a plus
• Knowledge of lighting techniques a plus
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere/After Effect and DaVinci Resolve a plus
