**Position Summary**
**What you will do**
* Budget, forecast and enable the proper flow of merchandise by managing the vendor base and supply chain and communicate with DC and call center partners, while attaining GMROI and In-Stock target
* Lead team in the analysis of in-season product performance, focused on class/category performance, style performance, as well as channel performance, and execute strategies to maximize sales and profits to grow the business and achieve the financial plan
* Lead and own the markdown and liquidation process, partnering with Merchandising and Marketing to promptly identify, quantify and drive consensus on clearing low-moving inventory
* Build and create the planning infrastructure (tools, reports, systems, key meetings) that will support the companys financial objectives
* Partner with the head of merchandising and other cross-functional leaders to problem-solve issues and implement solutions to maximize profitability
* Build, develop and train the planning team and instill a sense of business ownership as well as develop bench strength and succession planning
**Skills & Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of eCommerce and/or retail merchandise planning experience
* Ability to build strong teams with a minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams
* Strong persuasive skills and demonstrated leadership capabilities
* Ability to partner cross-functionally, build relationships and influence peers and superiors
* Superior problem solving and analytical skills along with the ability to make decisions, often with incomplete data
* Highly effective written/verbal communication and collaborative and presentation skills
* Ability to roll up sleeves and jump in with an advanced knowledge of Excel (comfortable with Vlookup, sumif, pivot tables, creating formulas, etc.), if necessary. Access/SQL skills are a plus

We are looking for a driven and analytical Distribution Center Supervisor, preferably with a strong background in an industrial or warehouse environment. As a Distribution Center Supervisor, being a strong, dependable leader with a process and data focused mentality is key.
**Location/Travel:** Local to Northeast Ohio
**What you will do**
* Lead and manage a team of distribution center employees
* Train, develop, and coach your team members
* Own process and department during the 3rd shift
* Delegate daily and weekly workload and other tasks
* Track performance of every team member
* Be responsible for safety, quality, and productivity result
* Labor planning
**Skills & Qualifications**
* 3+ years leadership experience, in a warehouse or distribution center setting is a plus
* Ability to plan ahead and multi task
* Effective and clear verbal and written communication skills
* Open and flexible availability
* Safety first mindset
* Proficiency in basic computer programs and ability to pick up systems easily
* Ability to juggle priorities and hit deadlines
* Ability to stand, walk, and be mobile for long periods of time
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently
* Ability to work autonomously and make decisions

Head of Events & Retail Location: Chagrin Falls, OH Type: Full TimeMin. Experience: Manager/Supervisor We are looking for an innovative and driven Head of Events & Retail with a strong background in retail and project management. You will likely see yourself as a small business owner as this position will be the head of event management as well as oversee our retail store operations in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. The initial event will be the Quarter horse Congress event that takes place annually during the month of October that we help sponsor. As the role progresses there may be other events to manage and own as well. You will also have experience in retail so you can help us optimize our retail store from staffing to merchandising and beyond. You have a passion for merchandising and events to ensure the Schneider Saddlery brand and product is marketed and maximized. As the Head of Events & Retail, knowing how to take initiative and complete complex projects in a timely manner is key.
