We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Assistant. As a Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production process, ensuring the smooth execution of projects, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. You will work closely with the production team, assisting in various tasks and helping to maintain an efficient and productive workflow. Responsibilities: Pre-production Support: Collaborate with the production team in planning and organizing pre-production activities, including scheduling, location scouting, equipment setup, and gathering necessary resources. On-set Assistance: Assist during shoots by setting up equipment, managing props, coordinating talent, and ensuring a smooth flow of production activities. Script Coordination: Help in organizing and distributing scripts, call sheets, and other production documents to relevant team members. Communication Liaison: Act as a communication bridge between different departments, relaying important messages and updates to ensure effective coordination. Post-production Assistance: Support the post-production process by organizing files, footage, and other media assets for editing and review. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications in film, media studies, or related fields are a plus. Knowledge of production equipment and procedures is advantageous. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
