Fleming’s Ultimate Garage is one of the largest classic, exotic, and muscle car dealerships in the United States. We are a family-owned and operated business, and are far from your atypical dealership, with inventory often spanning over a century in age. Our Internal Videographer plays a key role on the team in developing, directing, filming, editing and packaging all the internal-video content within the organization. The candidate must also be comfortable with shooting raw photography footage, as well as uploading that footage to a cloud account. The successful candidate should have a track record of working in fast-paced, production focused work environments, have a passion for creative work and be proficient in SEO for their respective platforms. Overseeing multiple projects in parallel, the role requires the ability to multi-task while delivering a high quality work product. In addition, this person must exhibit an understanding of Fleming’s brand and the overall aesthetic of the automotive world. The successful candidate must enjoy collaboration, be very organized and demonstrate sound time management skills. Role Responsibilities Facilitates all aspects of internal video content production –filming, editing, including writing scripts, directing talent/subjects, creating motion graphics and packaging for delivery. Facilitates all necessary aspects of internal photography content production – including staging, shooting, and delivering the material in a timely manner. Types of output include but are not limited to: Video of individual inventory units Photography of each individual inventory unit Weekly inventory E-blasts sent out to prospective clients Video announcements Company background and informational videos Event highlights and recaps Documentation of necessary inventory material Maintains video equipment by organizing and inventorying after each shoot On staff photographer for company headshots, employee events, new vehicles, etc Maintain consistent knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices
