Our clients are mainly real estate and business listings agencies who are looking to list their business on other platforms like Zillow, LoopNet and BizBuySell. As a photographer you will be expected to capture the client’s listings by still photography including aerial and drone and be able creating 3D virtual, social media reels. After you have captured the client’s order you will have 24 hours to upload them to our portal to ensure the client has the finished product. · With a flexible schedule, you will need to keep a Google Calendar updated for your availability. · Our clients will book via our website, and you will receive a calendar invite for the appointment. · You will travel to the specified property the day of the appointment; think reliable transportation and valid car insurance! · Each property may take between 60-90 minutes to capture, depending on the package. · It is expected that photos be uploaded to the portal within 24 hours of completing a shoot. · Communicate with the client regarding any edits or reshoots that may be requested. · Must carry necessary equipment insurance and bodily insurance for yourself! · Follow-up with your manager with any updates, challenges, etc. Why should you want to work here? Must possesses the necessary equipment for the job. Next360Tours makes it easy for photographers to do what they do best: capture the listings in a way that highlights its appeal, while we handle the marketing and customer service-related issues. Once you have all the photographs and shots needed to satisfy the service agreement, you will upload them to our portal and make any polishing edits for the client. Requirements · Must be able to provide a portfolio of previous work · Experience in real estate photography preferred but not required · Ability to produce HDR Stills, 3D Matterport & Aerial photos · Ambition to grow · Customer service mindset · Must be able to professionally interact with our clients and homeowners · Possess time management skills · Reliable transportation with valid car insurance · 1-3 years minimum of photography/videography experience BONUS POINTS · Ability to produce floor plans · Ability to produce real estate listing flyers · Ability to produce virtual staging Suggested/Desired Equipment · APS-C (cropped) sensor camera with a 10-24mm lens OR full frame sensor camera with 16-35mm lens · Drone(s) capable of 1080 60fps or greater (we suggest DJI Drones) · Fluid head tripod · Electronic gimbal · SLR or DSLR Camera · 360 Camera (we suggest Ricoh Theta Z1) · Enough batteries and SD cards to cover the length of each shoot · Having insurance for your gear is highly recommended Please note that this job is classified as a W-2 and comes with a flexible schedule and fun work environment!
