Job Description I’m looking for a full-time video editor who can also assist with filming and creative planning for my YouTube channel Fletcher The Fisherman . In general, I make fun and entertaining fishing content by gamifying fishing and documenting cool fishing trips. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who enjoys the outdoors/YouTube culture and is looking to make a career in social media content creation. I’m extremely passionate about what I do and I want to work with someone who shares that same passion. Responsibilities: Help me plan/story board video ideas Help me film YouTube videos Edit 4 to 8 long-form YouTube videos a month (Videos are typically 25 to 35 minutes long) Edit short-form content (TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) Qualifications: Preferably at least 2 year of editing experience (not required if you have raw talent and are trainable) Proficient with Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere (Preferably Final Cut Pro) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Choose your own hours Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay Ability to commute/relocate: Charlotte, NC 28226: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Filming: 1 year (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Charlotte, NC 28226
