Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and creative Videographer/Editor to join our team on a remote, as-needed basis. As a videographer and editor, you will play a crucial role in capturing and producing high-quality video content for our real estate projects and social media channels. Your ability to create visually appealing, engaging, and informative videos will be essential in showcasing our properties and reaching our target audience effectively. Responsibilities: Real Estate Videography: Capture professional and visually stunning footage of real estate properties, including interiors, exteriors, amenities, and surrounding areas. Ensure the videos highlight the key selling points and portray properties in the best possible light. Video Editing: Edit and post-produce raw video footage to create polished, high-quality videos for various platforms, such as websites, social media, and marketing campaigns. Use editing software to trim, enhance, and optimize videos for maximum impact. Social Media Content Creation: Develop engaging short-form videos tailored for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc. These videos should be optimized for each platform’s specifications and designed to increase audience engagement and brand awareness. Storyboarding and Conceptualization: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize video ideas and develop storyboards for various projects. Bring creative ideas to the table and contribute to the overall content strategy. Video Equipment and Setup: Ensure you have the necessary video equipment and setup to capture high-quality footage. Stay updated with the latest videography and editing trends, techniques, and tools. Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all video content to reinforce our company’s identity and values. Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring all deliverables are of the highest standard. Requirements: Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, with a portfolio showcasing your real estate and social media content work. (Newly starting out is okay) Proficiency in videography techniques, including composition, lighting, audio recording, and equipment operation. Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics, composition, and visual storytelling. Understanding of social media platforms, their specific video requirements, and trends. Ability to work independently and remotely while adhering to project timelines. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team. Self-motivated, adaptable, and open to feedback. Preferred but not required Qualifications: Experience working with real estate industry clients. Basic knowledge of photography and photo editing. Note: This is a remote position, and the workload will vary based on project demands. As such, the candidate should be available on an as-needed basis and be flexible with their schedule.
