Scare Actor | Smith Tower Let’s start off with the most important part – what’s in it for you: Seeking talented, high-energy scare actors with stamina to entertain guests every show night. Actors and actresses work in and around the operational spaces performing for visitors. If you like to hide in dark corners, waiting to scare your friends and family, you are the perfect person for this job! Actors are given a role corresponding to a specific character within the event’s storyline. Actors are provided with costumes, makeup, or mask and must wear what is scripted for that specific role. Safety is critical in the haunted house environment, so this role requires following instructions and company policies. Actors work in a team-focused atmosphere, ensuring our guests have fun while they scream! Enthusiasm for Halloween is a must! What you’ll do: The Brass Tacks Entertains Guests as entertainment themed actors Stay within theme and instructions given by production team for show time Ensures safe work environment, reporting unsafe conditions and equipment Follow up on guests requests immediately or asks for assistance from one of the supervisors The Nitty Gritty Prior experience or training preferred The ability to read, write and speak English Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment Availability for the following dates: October 19th – 22nd, 25th – 29th & 31st.
