We are looking for a dynamic, self-starter interested in expanding their career. Although the team is small, we are mighty and able to move nimbly . This role will be responsible for helping to curate content for marketing and promotional purposes, through mediums like videos, podcasts, blogs, web and print graphics, website, etc. This position is a flexible, hourly position and is fully remote. Candidates will need to be comfortable working with team members across multiple time zones and their personalized schedules. Responsibilities: Work closely with the business founder to assist in the creation of print and digital deliverables Design and develop visual concepts for a wide range of media channels for catalogs, flyers, websites, videos, audio, etc. Help drive the creative vision for multiple client projects/deliverables. Assist in pitching content and marketing ideas for clients Accept and provide constructive criticism to learn and grow together Be flexible and open to change within a growing agency 5+ years of experience in the creation and editing a large variety of collaterals including: video, digital graphics, and print graphics A bachelors degree or equivalent experience is required A strong portfolio of work is required showcasing your best video and graphic projects Strong experience in a variety of design and editing software applications including the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator are a must) After Effects and InDesign are a plus Ability to work independently with little guidance/structure Proficient in creating and managing personal deadlines and deliverables with little direction Excellent communication skills WordPress, & SEO experience is not required, but preferred Knowledge of Agricultural Industry a plus, but not required Recommended Skills Adobe After Effects Adobe Creative Suite Adobe Illustrator Adobe In Design Adobe Photoshop Adobe Premiere Pro
