Job description: Work closely with VFX Supervisor and Producer Work with the team and client in all phases of project management. Organize online meetings (Zoom) Schedule and track artists’ work: manage internal shot goals, status and delivery dates using online tracking database (Shotgrid) Take notes and collect feedback in review sessions Manage and distribute assets to and from different vendors Manage pulls and deliveries and organize media on server Prepare playlists & submissions Software skills: Mac OSX Apple office suite (numbers, pages, keynote) Shotgrid (preferably) Zoom Aspera Media Shuttle
