As a Videographer for New Home Star, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content like training videos and footage of our variety of events. You will work closely with our organizational development team to create videos that effectively communicate our vision and values to our target audience. If you fit the requirements below, you are an ideal match for this position! Bachelor’s degree in Film, Video Production or a related field is preferred. 2+ years of professional experience in videography. The ability to travel for special events and projects. Detail oriented and a self-starter. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop. Knowledge of video production techniques, including framing, lighting, and audio. Ability to shoot and edit video content with high-quality equipment. A strong portfolio that demonstrates your skills and experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teams. Responsibilities Conceptualize, plan, shoot, and edit digital content that meet the requirements of our Organizational Development and Executive leadership teams. Collaborate with our Organizational Development and Executive leadership teams to identify opportunities for video content. Determine which equipment, audio, and lighting are necessary for each project. Create and maintain a video content calendar to track deadlines and milestones. Stay up-to-date on video editing technologies and techniques, and incorporate them into our existing workflow. Will travel frequently across the US for various projects.
