ClickBank has an opening for a Video Editor (Performance Marketing) in our Boise, Idaho office. Job Summary: Are you a creative video editor by nature who loves producing performance-driven marketing content that generates massive amounts of revenue? Do you like creating engaging, fast-paced, and entertaining ad creatives and explainer videos? Can you take footage from a single camera and make it pop off the screen with motion graphics, kinetic typography, and visual effects? Do you want to produce video content for an industry-leading, masterclass-style education platform? If you answered yes to any (and hopefully all) of these questions, this Video Editor role should definitely get you excited.We’re looking for a highly creative video editor that can bring their talents, ideas, and creativity to up-level these three key areas for ClickBank. 1. Sizzle Reels/Sales Videos Edit short and long-form videos that keeps customers watching until the end for our cold/warm traffic funnels, and paid social channels, using impeccable creative instincts Add animation, typography, graphics, and music to keep the video pacing fast Analyze video performance with our performance team to suggest edits for future revisions Continually optimize and test new angles, hooks, and visuals Own the pre and post-production process, from gathering footage to final delivery Partner with creative team for brand aesthetics and creative look and feel Make informed decisions to capture an audience and convert them into customers 2. ClickBank’s Education Platform – Spark Edit Spark’s coursework, lessons, and educational video content Edit lessons to show on-screen graphics, animations, sound effects, and visuals Work with Director of Content and Education Content Manager to outline content curriculum during the pre-production process Organize and archive all footage Elevate Spark’s video production quality with new and creative ideas 3. Ad Creatives Produce new ad creatives from scratch with direction from performance team Partner with performance team to create multiple iterations for ad campaigns Pitch new ideas during creative brainstorming sessions Edit long form content into short paid social content that drives engagement and clicks The Video Editor will be primarily focused on shooting and editing our sales content needed to sell Spark. We’re looking for a creative, performance-driven video editor that thrives in generating content that people just can’t stop watching. We need someone who can edit video quickly and efficiently, while combing through large volumes of footage. Videography experience is a plus but not required. With the support of the Director of Content and the performance team, the candidate will be able to take a single raw video file and turn it into a fast-paced sales video that converts potential customers into buyers. The candidate will also edit and own our creative vision when it comes to videos inside our coursework as well as new ad creatives. Requirements Video editing, animation, kinetic text, and motion graphic design Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (or equivalent) Experience with multi-cam editing workflow Excellent editing/storytelling skills Ability to suggest and execute creative solutions and fresh ideas Ability to work to tight deadlines with a consistent level of quality output Detailed footage organization Sony camera experience (nice to have) EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years experience in entertainment marketing, advertising, or content creation 3-5 years video editing experience Diverse portfolio of video production work Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (or equivalent) The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
