To see some samples of the work that has helped us become one of the most trusted agencies in our market, please follow this link to our website: https://www.sparkmediachicago.com/ Key Responsibilities Strengthen client relationships by demonstrating accountability, being knowledgeable, and always maintaining a positive attitude Oversee and deliver all listing solutions from start to finish including photo, video, drone, 3D services, and floorplans Complete social media projects focused on agent branding for our clients including Youtube content, short-form talking head, community highlight videos, etc. Ensure a consistent visual style and brand identity throughout all completed projects Identify and determine the best creative solutions while completing our services and offer creative consultations to showcase yourself as a subject-matter expert and provide in-field upgrades Communicate vision and expectations to clients on-site and remotely Maintain responsive and consistent communication with our team and clients Prepare, maintain, and manage company equipment while staying highly organized Maintain calendar accuracy for time-tracking purposes and consistency Travel to and from scheduled shoots in a timely manner while driving safely Communicate any applicable field notes to respective team members Operate effectively within a team environment and individually Work Hours This is a part-time (20-30 hours per week) hourly position with opportunities to work up to 40 hours during our busy season. Limited weekend and evening availability may be required. Our standard operating hours are from Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST. You have 2-3 years of Creative Experience as a professional or independent creative contractor. Bonus Points Licensing: You have a valid Part 107 drone pilot certification Industry Experience: Real Estate Industry, Marketing/Sales, Client Directing, and/or Business/Operations experience Gimbal Experience: Comfortable using a 3-axis gimbal to shoot stabilized video content Camera Systems: Proficient with Canon DSLR camera systems and lenses Editing Experience: Comfortable editing photo and video content using the Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Premier Pro, etc.) or DaVinci/Final Cut Advanced Photo and Video Experience: Experienced completing personal branding projects, setting up studio lighting, using flash, and shooting portrait photography Physical Activities Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another Adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions Repeating motions that may include the arms, wrists, hand, and/or fingers Operating light machinery and/or electronic equipment Assessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned Driving to complete job duties and standing for extended periods of time Company Culture We are building a small team of self-motivated creatives that are looking to elevate the real estate media in our market.
