We’re now looking for a Senior VFX Artist to join their remote team, and the remote role comes with a day rate of £330. Our client is a multi-award-winning game development studio that specialises in immersive VR games. Please note this position will be a 6-month day-rate contract. We can accept applications for remote workers outside of the UK if you are within 2 hours of the time difference. As a Senior VFX Artist, you will be tasked with creating stylised effects for an exciting unannounced VR game. If you were already in this Senior VFX Artist role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week: Stylised effects such as gunshot, blood splatter, explosions etc  (Check out Zombieland Headshot Fever Reloaded for an indication of the style)  The successful Senior VFX Artist candidate will have significant experience with released titles and be already comfortable in the senior artist role. You will be tasked with creating stylised effects for an exciting unannounced VR game. There are a couple of key things we will be looking for in your portfolio: An advanced understanding of optimisation for video games  Previous experience in developing effects for games using a variety of different engines  Great experience using particle systems  Experience developing shader systems and high attention to detail and aesthetics.  If you’re looking to make a positive impact and create change, possessing an inclusive and committed approach, you’ll be rewarded with an excellent contract rate of £330 a day.
