Senior Coordinator | New York, NY | Paramount

Paramount Streaming is seeking a hardworking Senior Coordinator capable of working with team members spanning multiple departments and various levels of seniority within the organization. Meticulous with details, the ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment with a heavy workload and the organizational ability to use JIRA for ticket management. This role will report to the Senior Director of Design, International Production Design. Responsibilities: Meticulously handle and prioritize a large number of Jira issues (500+) to find and remove the duplicate design requests by validating each requests criteria Source artwork from various repositories across different partners via cloud servers, online repositories, email, etc. Liaison between design and other departments for requests pertaining to monthly series/movie launches, website promos, and App Store updates. Attend reoccurring project meetings and provide updates, meeting takeaways/notes to Senior Director, Design/ design team leaders Assist in management design cloud server organization, workflows, archiving Assist Senior Design Manager with production vendor workflow Check that design asset deliverables meet filename and spec requirements before delivery to requestor Basic Qualifications: 2+ years of experience working in a fast paced similar agency environment Comfortable working with cross-functional staff members at all levels Phenomenal skills in self-organization and focused in balancing multiple tasks Strong communicator with ability to speak, email and Slack to team successfully for clear requests, tasks, information, etc. Familiarity with Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence), Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar), Outlook and Slack Organized, detail oriented, and excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities. Strong listener with the ability to deeply understand the team’s needs, ask the right questions to keep a project moving in the right direction, and proactively pursue feedback Good interpersonal and relationship management skills Additional Qualifications: Ability to work remote east coast hours Knowledgeable about tech, product, and project management standard methodologies Ability to work remote east coast hours Understanding of production workflows, timelines and creative solutions Experience in planning for and optimally managing project risks all preferred but not required An understanding of the streaming market and experience watching shows on multiple devices Paramount Global (NASDAQ: PARA, PARAA) is a leading global media and entertainment company that creates premium content and experiences for audiences worldwide.
