Overview: Pluto TV is seeking a VP, Brand Marketing to lead the brand strategy and campaign execution for our market leading Free Ad-Supported Streaming TV service. This executive will lead a team of consumer marketers to grow awareness and love for our brand. The role requires expertise in building high impact marketing campaigns that drive measurable brand awareness metrics as well as understanding how to convert audiences into committed users. The ideal candidate will be an experienced brand leader with in-depth knowledge of the streaming landscape to help grow Pluto TV and achieve our mission of Entertaining the Planet.    Join the team!    Responsibilities: Responsible for shepherding the Pluto TV global brand, from identity and positioning to developing full funnel, global campaigns in close partnership with Creative and Growth Marketing teams Articulate brand identity based on core target audience needs, differentiation in an increasingly competitive market, and ability to develop an emotional connection with audiences Partner with Growth and Media agencies to develop full funnel campaigns in support of brand that grow aided and unaided awareness in key global markets Develop, implement and carry out brand identity, positioning and usage guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing communications, including brand and visual systems Develop innovative cross-channel marketing campaigns to establish and grow the new Pluto TV brand, delivering effective targeted campaigns and experiences reaching our defined target segments. Drive development of creative briefs to guide the marketing creative process and support alignment of internal marketing teams on goals and strategies for master brand campaigns. Collaborate with marketing leaders across Paramount Global to take advantage of alignment opportunities to grow awareness of Pluto TV and unlock opportunities to improve consumer value across the Paramount ecosystem Recruit, encourage, and lead a diverse and dedicated team and cultivate an environment of warm candor and breakthrough performance Be a key voice amongst the executive leadership team in the development of Pluto TV’s goals and strategies Develop efficient and effective operating systems to facilitate outstanding marketing campaigns driven by consumer insights   Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, MBA a plus 15+ years marketing experience required, including leading brand marketing for a global premium, direct to consumer product   Additional Qualifications:  Experience leading a brand refresh and go to market from strategy to execution launching and growing a new consumer product brand with key Previously responsible for driving and growing brand awareness and brand health metrics in a highly competitive category Consistent record of demonstrating positive relationship building, interpersonal and cross-functional team partnership skills Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities, particularly in customer segmentation Best-in-class communications skills, ability to communicate clearly and concisely! Headquartered in West Hollywood,  Pluto TV has offices in New York,  Silicon Valley,  Chicago and Berlin.   ADDITIONAL INFORMATION     Hiring Salary Range: $156,800.00 – 225,000.00.    The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies.
