About us Shaw Media is a production company focused on YouTube. We make videos primarily talking about Tesla and new electric cars, and are expanding as electric cars are becoming much more popular. We are also producing live music performances. At Shaw Media, you’ll be working with our main creator, as well as our producer to make great content throughout each week. While this position is mainly focused on editing within FCPX, you will also be working with Apple Silicon computers, Sony cameras, DJI Gimbals, DJI drones, and the latest electric cars from Tesla, Rivian, Ford, Hyundai and more. Our work environment includes: Work-from-home days Flexible working hours On-the-job training Casual work attire Vacation Flexibility Shaw Media is looking for a full time video editor to handle 3-5 YouTube video edits per week, as well as social media editing. You will be working in Final Cut Pro X, editing news style videos and reviews all about electric cars and Tesla. This position is mainly remote, but will require you to come in office for training, and assisting with shooting car reviews. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in Final Cut Pro X, and able to handle vertical social media editing on top of YouTube editing.
