Resilience offers internship programs that require at least a 5 month commitment with a minimum of 5 hours per week. There are flexible start and end dates with the option to continue after meeting the minimum requirement Some educational institutions require prior approval before the start of an internship. We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a TikTok Content Creator specializing in Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) marketing. As a TikTok Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing engaging and informative videos that promote our SEL curriculums and products. This role requires a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn about SEL curriculums and effectively translate them into captivating TikTok content. Responsibilities Utilize the company’s TikTok account to create compelling and informative videos centered around social and emotional learning (SEL) curriculums. Develop creative strategies to effectively market our SEL products, including AIMEE, SALI, and SELENA, through engaging TikTok videos. Research and stay up-to-date with current trends, challenges, and popular content on TikTok related to social and emotional learning. Collaborate with the marketing team to align TikTok content with overall marketing campaigns and objectives. Incorporate storytelling techniques and visual elements to create impactful and shareable TikTok content. Stay informed about our SEL curriculums and products to effectively communicate their benefits and features in the TikTok videos. Engage with the TikTok community, respond to comments, and build a strong online presence for our brand. Monitor video performance, track key metrics, and provide insights to improve content strategy and optimize engagement. Requirements Must have access to TikTok and be proficient in utilizing the platform, including knowledge of its features, trends, and best practices. Strong understanding of social and emotional learning (SEL) concepts and a genuine interest in promoting their importance. Willingness and drive to learn about SEL curriculums and translate them into engaging TikTok videos. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex concepts in a concise and relatable manner.
