HR Maximizer is looking for a Video Editor to join our team This position is 100% Remote About the Position As a Junior Video Editor, you will join our video production team to assist in producing corporate videos, usually around 1 minute long, to be used in recruitment marketing and advertising. The raw footage will be marked into segments that need to be ingested, edited, and finalized into high-quality video campaigns and social media outreach. In doing so, you will need to review the footage provided and ensure the best output via colorgrading, sound mixing and balancing, and graphics. Ideally, you will be a self-starter with excellent time-management and problem-solving skills looking to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Create and deliver, professional short video clips Manage time and due dates for several clients Coordinate with other editors and video production manager Requirements 1 year of experience with Premiere Pro and/or Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop and AfterEffects, preferred 1 year of experience editing interviews and corporate videos, preferred 1 year of experience colorgrading footage Comprehensive understanding of basic sound mixing and balancing Access to high-speed internet Ability to work during US Central Time normal business hours Excellent written and verbal communications Advanced skill set in time management and task prioritization About HR Maximizer HR Maximizer is a subscription-based HR service specializing in healthcare talent acquisition and digital recruitment marketing by utilizing integrated technology to maximize our clients’ HR process.
