Desire to work about 20-25 hours per week Job Description: Creative Services Support A – Part Time Our Client is looking for a Creative Services Support individual contributor who will support a large Network Operations Control Center (NOCC) Part-Time. This individual will be a key member of the training team and will work closely with various department managers. The selected individual will be responsible for maintaining the internal website, videotaping and publishing recorded meetings to the internal web site, taking/editing photographs of work events/equipment, and will work with other staff to support the NOCC as needed performing miscellaneous tasks as needed. Desire to work about 20-25 hours per week . Job Description – • Videotape to record and publish weekly meetings and training. • Maintain internal website. • Run, update, and maintain training reports for operations staff into a database. • Create and update diagrams in Visio. • Assist teams with printing and maintaining process documents and manuals. • Create, edit, and laminate process information cards. • Create and edit Excel spreadsheets. • Assist team in other unrelated miscellaneous tasks as required. Qualifications: • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent. • Must be able to work Tuesdays and Thursdays (required at a minimum mornings and afternoons (07.30am-09.30a and 3.00p-4.30pm), with additional as-needed flexible hours on Mondays and Wednesdays. • Interest/experience in HTML/JAVA or other web-based coding . • Interest in filming, editing, and posting videos and pictures on internal web site. • Desire to work about 20-25 hours per week . Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities preferred: • Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Media Encoder, and Fireworks. • Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Teams and Outlook. • Responsible, detail oriented, and strong communication skills highly preferred.
